i usually like to buy joggers/sweatpants and either wear them up a little bit or cut them short for leg days like pic related. compression pants with shorts too. Idk man, whatever's comfortable to lift in.

Basketball shorts mostly.
But since I wear boxers and the shorts go maybe 3/4 down my quads, I basically end up flashing my junk to the world anytime I squat or deadlift.
