Everything listed in this thread is to build core strength. I've never isolated and I maintain a six pack year round, it's not a meme ffs.

Done lots of different ab workouts. I prefer exhaustion by sheer volume of simple exercises for abs.

Step 1. Arch back like you're twerking your ass up
Step 2. Curl down so your elbows hit your knees and your head is in your crotch like you're sucking your dick
Just practice, try not to swing or move at the hips. Destroys abs.
Also use heavy weight, you should hit 200+ on the stack quickly
