DL max: I tested it at Thursday, was 170kg. But just minutes ago I had PRed at PCs too (95 kg) and the Monday before I had done volume squats and volume snatch DLs, and I also broke up my gf. So I was pretty fatigued. Point is my DL max is probably >170kg. One more thing: DLs were fully raw (not even chalk) and with shitty running shoes.
Chinups: I did 3 sets on Friday with +12 kg for 8, 8, 9 reps.

I rarely do deadlifts maybe 1 set every 2 weeks and max i ever did was 350 lbs for 5 reps when i was weighting like 190 lbs and much weaker.
Also biggest squat was like 220 lbs for 2 reps lmao,squat is for losers.

Nah. Been lifting for ~1.25 years. Started as beyond skelly (110lbs) and worked my way up to 140lbs while maintaining same bf%. I also have Indian genes, though.
