Also weight/strength training is almost irrelevant for combat sports. It's 80% cardio and technique. Most fighters spend hours sparring.

your not suppose to give away your true workout and technique. when asked how you train just say the basics- "i ran this much " i sparred like this " "im working on my speed for this fight" toughest fight o my life". people dont have time to watch all your training and most casuals wouldn't care. If your a boxer or MMa guy then you already know how much Hard Work it really takes.

They usually do more technique work(which is obviously won't be shown to strangers or filmed for youtube, because they prepare for specific opponents) and they also do few workouts\day. Boxing\kickboxing\ground\wrestling are usually split in a few workouts, you only train hands or only wrestle(mostly) during one, for example.

Video related, Overeem talks how he trains 2 times a day even when he is gaining mass off-season. Before the fight, all pros go to camp and train even more
