I am currently bulking at 4,000 kilocalories a day:

- 40% daily intake almonds
- 30% daily intake Ezekiel 4:9 bread
- 20% daily intake skinless turkey breast
- 10% daily intake kale
- 4 liters water a day
- Daily multivitamin

15 slices of bread so 7 sandwiches plus 1 slice of bread on the side. Each sandwich has 128 grams of turkey on it. 280 grams of almonds, and ~850 grams of kale.

I am 6'5" 140 pounds and leaving skelly mode.

Whoops, should have clarified myself better. I eat the bread and turkey as sandwiches, and the almonds and kale are ate separately.

It is bland, I'll admit. But if you space them out throughout the day (I normally have 2 bowls, each bowl having 140 grams of almonds) it is very tolerable.

Almonds are great if you need quick and easy calories. They are more affordable than the turkey.

32 grams, 190 calories, 7g of proton. So that's 8.75 servings technically to make 280g.

That's actually a pretty good idea, thanks OP. I should start buying Almonds too.

Any other foods that I can gorge on without feeling sick? Heavy, saucy, oily things get me feeling too full too easily.
