How do you work towards standing ab rollouts? I do knees to full lockout (nose hit the floor) for sets of 30

Find some kind of incline and do them standing going uphill. Could be anything from a ramp built from 2x4's to a steep street.

This is not surprising, and is not necessarily indicative of strength. Give a 400lb squatter a couple of weeks, and it won't be a problem

I bought that shit when I started.
Eventually I couldn't exceed a 440lbs deadlift or a 260lbs squat because back problems kept popping up and making me start from 0.
Went to seek help and the physiotherapist said my abs and obliques were the strength of that of a woman who just gave birth (weak af).
Ripped a huge fart while he made me do crunches though.
tl;dr: don't do abs
