Memes aside, how legit is such a workout routine? Obviously, slightly adjust it with one or two rest days a week for sanitys sake.

It's not really a routine without any progression.

It's like if I said: "deadlift 415, squat 315, bench 225lbs 3x5 every single day". Until you can actually do it, it's only a goal rather than a routine,and once you can do it you're just maintaining without anywhere to go.

Nix the 100 sit-ups. Do 100-pull ups at the start inside. Do less than 10km running because your knees will hate you pretty quickly.

Ultimately, this is literally a joke workout. It's meant to show that no human could ever be as strong as Saitama so this is basically a placeholder.

Why are people here impressed with 100 pushups? Shit isn't hard to do. Fucking lanklets i swear. And 10km every day though impressive will take a noob no more than an hour and a half to do. The situps, pushups and squats will take about 45 minutes to an hour to do. So that's a 2.5 hour workout which people do normally.

It's a waste of time. And doing that workout will limit any gains you could get.

Yes, It's a placebo. And bodyweight vs barbell lifting is a placebo too. With a correct mindset you can get shredded while "lifting" without lifting anything at all.

impact varies extremely depending on your technique (cadence, strike pattern etc.) as well as what the running surface is (concrete vs. dirt trails).
