I've heard really good things about DDP yoga. Ignore the people talking about the sticky. They're autistic and probably gay,

Also some other shit like p90 isn't terrible. They're decent weight loss videos that work great if you stick to the program and follow the diet.

DDP yoga is awesome. Helped me cut down on nagging injuries from lifting.
