Yes I know i made other threads, but I need an answer for this 1 question.

I am 5'7 90kg in this pic, 4 years lifting. It's obvious that I've failed, over-bulked, and not achieved the strength gains I should have achieved. Now here's my question.

Should I just cut down to say, stop worrying about my current shitty progress, cut down 65kg or so, and start again on a fresh clean slate?

I guess I just need to be more anal about my caloric restriction.

Ive decided i am going to cut down to 65 or 70 kilograms, thats 20-25kg away.... I'll reassess my body composition once I get there. I'm not caring about my strength anymore (since its weak anyway) and im just gona focus 100% on fat loss. Once I reach 65kg or 70kg I'll then started my lifting progress from scratch again, and NOT get fat again. It's probably for the best.

Follow ss template and just do an isolation at the end for a body part that doesn't get used much that say. Ie calves once a week, maybe next day curls, then rear delts etc

Yah do it bro. I did the literal exact same thing as you at the same height and weight just with a bit more muscle on the upper body.

I said fuck it and am just focusing on dieting, running and some upper body compounds to get to 8 or 9% and that's when I will begin my super slow bulk.

Sorry for the blog post just hope you can get out of the rut I was in too. Besides, you will gain the strength back fairly quick and progress is always satisfying.
