not OP but I got diagnosed with Bipolar disorder (after a pretty bad psychotic episode) and was on lithium for 3 years. Decided I was stable and wanted to see if I could go without meds against my doctors orders. Been completely stable with no sign of any problems for 18 months. My doctor was a faggot.
