How do you stop cravings?
I'm trying to lose weight, but fucking fast food is just so delicious. I can't not eat it for more than two days straight. How do/did you guys get yourself off eating like shit?
I'm 24. Haven't been in a restaurant (or ordered anything from one) of any sort in over 10 years.
Make healthy versions of all your cravings. Tadaa.

Here, I've been keeping these logs since 2012 since I got people often asking how I stay at a low BF% consistently. These are recent ones.
I literally crave vegetables, fruits and my homemade granolas more than anything I've seen advertised in the last decade.
I get a lot of shit for posting them here with people going
>They look like shit
But who cares - I enjoy the fuck out of it and it's healthy as fuck.
Drink water, more water means less hunger.
Stay actively engaged both physically and mentally. Cravings occur when your mind has a chance to think about how nice said food is. If you're busy planning your lifting schedule or writing out your food prep plan, you won't crave things.

I used to eat shit food (frozen pizza, fries, hamburger etc) every other day. What made me quit was checking the nutrition facts and myTDEE
Nowadays I only eat fast food with friends once week and even then I push for healthier places when I can.
Use fruit and healthy snacks to get over the cravings
