That doesn't seem very healthy to me.

Also how do you count your calories? For packages such as yoghurt, or oat I turf on the side how often I've eaten from it, and deduce the amount of calories from that. For the rest, I monitor and write down everything I eat like an autistic bastard.

You're messing something up. One hour of cardio should burn at least 400 calories, even if you ride a bike. That'd put your BMR at 1000 calories - that's a 10-year old in a coma.

You need to either get a better bathroom scale, or get a food scale so you actually know how much you eat.

Take a diet break (1-2 week on maintenance) /fit/ will tell u are lying and shit but some people adapt very quick to calorie changes.
I am 6'2 and cut on 1100 cals + cardio and I need to do refeeds every 3-5 days or I will stall and gain weight and refeeding stops working after a while so I use diet breaks.

OP here.
This is my diet. Not eating the same things everyday but kcals are the same and macros pretty much too (example eat whole wheat pasta or weighted amount of vegetables instead of rice, or cob instead of chicken mantaining the amount of proteins constant).
Stats are: 5'11, 158 lbs, around 18% bodyfat

Everyday I either swim or do ellyptical machine for like an hour or so and do the bodyweight exercises my shoulder injury lets me.

I'm trying to lose fat too, I've been doing 50 minutes of cardio 5 days a week for 3 months now, started on 74kg and I'm 66 now.
OP's situation happened to me last month, I got stuck in the same weight for a couple of weeks. Not a weird thing, probably due to eating a little bit more.
As long as he just keeps on training and maybe being more careful with what he eats he'll eventually start seeing progress.

Most nutrition facts list dietary fiber under carbs, which isn't digestible. Veggies have lots of dietary fiber. Rice and potatoes do not. The actual max digestible calorie amount for broccoli is like 80% of listed if it includes dietary fiber.

I'm going for the not fat look. On the sticky I read you should not bulk over 15% bf. I know it's a rule of thumb but since I'm at 18% and can't hit the gym rn I thought about losing a bit of fat if I can.

Healthy is hard. It's kind of a gray area more often than not. You'll know when something is particularly unhealthy, your body will usually tell you if you're paying enough attention.

As for weightloss. That's easy. You simply reduce calories until results appear, while hitting minimums for protein/amino acids and vitamins.

After you've got the calorie part down, you can delve into the world of miscellaneous extras for increased effect. Supplements, cold showers, fasting, etc.

Even if you're
A) 25 years old and
B) sedentary

you'd be expending as low as 1967 cals per day or as high as 2152.

Let's say 1967 (even though it's probably higher). 1967-1450 = 517

517 * 10 days = 5170 = 1.48 pounds burned without any cardio.

Then if you're doing "1 hr cardio everyday", well, what you're proposing is scientifically impossible.

You're counting wrongly and it's that simple. Weigh literally everything. Use measuring cups, spoons, etc. Anything from the oil to the rice could be the culprit.

I am weighting everything already. Since when I started cutting I lost 2 kg, then stopped all of sudden. Was eating around 1700 kcals at the beginning, then lowered them when I stopped. My best guess would be something water retenction related or maybe I am not shitting and pissing as much as I thought. But nonetheless I find it strange since I do my cardio with timers and weight everything. Am srsly considering fiber pills for extra dhitting purpose, just to see if that was the problem.

How long have you been cutting?
I lost weight twice, both times after 4-5 weeks it just stopped working while eating the exact same amount of calories.
Only thing that helped was having a day where i eat at maintenance. I hate it, because the only explanation is "le starvation mode", but it just doesnt work for me otherwise.
