Hey /fit/ I'm to heavy at the moment to do dips and pull ups, what should I do in place of them/get better so I can do them.

increase ur strength, i can do 3x8 wide grip chins/pull ups and I'm 6 feet 110kg strongfat mode. just do bent over rows and lat pulldowns until you can do 1x bw then attempt pull ups again

Other anons posted similar advice. I (and the natty overlord) recommend "walking the plank" for these sorts of exercises. Start in the up position, then lower yourself down as slowly as possible. Then, stand up, get into the up position, and repeat.
