hello /fit/
i dont feel like doing push ups anymore, but im not sure on whether or not i should actually go to something different.
usually when i train my chest and triceps i go with something like this routine. bench press, incline bench press, dips, straight bar dips, and a lot different push ups.
i dont really like doing pushups, so what could be a substitute for that part of the workout?
