His fiercest competitors have only put up what 191-193kg Snatches? And they're 6kg behind the C&J which he could probably beat yet again...

Northern Weightlifting are pretty good. Organised about stuff but i don't know how many open comps they run.

Central Weightlifting (Midlands) is where I am. They are waaaaaaaay more disorganised but run open comps every 2 months and there's always beginners. Kind of a pros and cons thing really.

it depends on the context of the programming, they're different exercises.

It might be more of a strength emphasis cycle, with heavy, slow pulls that build strength, or the pulls could be light and fast with a higher shrug, snatch high pulls, etc.
