You're not supposed to eat normal, or more. You're supposed to go as low as possible without sides going too crazy. I eat very low carbs so the heat isn't bad. Lethargy isn't even an issue for surprisingly.
Days 2-4 were hard, but now I feel normal other then some irritability.
I eat basically just lean meats and veggies. My cravings are insane, but it's easy to ignore cravings if you're motivated.
Only major issue is night sweats. I have to change my sheets daily and I wake up every hour and have to cool off a bit.

I keep eating and lifting but I feel at a bit of a loss. Do I just need to give it more time? I was always a skinny cunt in HS so this was starting from almost nothing. I'm still pretty weak but stronger than when I started.
