Its all diet bub. Eat big to get big. Any training will help, but shitty diet will either get u fat or gain size slowly.
So find a routine, eat good amount of protein and calories, rest good, be social, study, get laid, have a beer. seems to work for me.

Alright post someone who has done that. I've been hitting the gym for a few years. I've seen a few people that were noobies into their first year or 2nd. I have never seen even one come close to my numbers in 1 years worth of training. So i by all means if you can source you're claim id be interested in seeing this. myself. i got my bench from 235lbs to 315lbs in 5 months of consistent, 4x a week benching, paired with solid eating and sleeping
so in 1 years time u went to 315? Because if this was true, it 5 months u went up 80lbs. so thats 16 lbs a month increase. 16x12 months is 192 lb increase in 1 years time. So for u to hit my numbers in a years time u must of started benching at close to 1 plate. For a noobie to do that you must be really fat.

Do a shit ton of volume OP. Its okay if you do high weight low reps, but do a fuck load of sets.
Do massive volume if you want to get big. Build work capacity. Ignore SS, SL and all the beginners programs besides learning the lifts and then just go ham with heavy weight every day.
