I stopped lifting for looks a long time ago because you will never look as good as you want to. Once I got pretty close to 1/2/3/4 its stopped becoming about looks and more about self-improvement. I stopped looking for physical changes to justify my increase in confidence, I just felt strong and confident.

Dont worry about what other people think OP. Lift for a few years and you will look way better than most, but you wont even think about it anymore. Do this for you.

All measurements taken without a pump, I have big forearms, neck and calves from playing sport so don't expect your measurements to be the same, IMO they'd probably be similar to bicep size otherwise

Average DYEL body type can pull that weight. 90% gym goer either have shit form or never dedicate to proper lift. Once they read SS carefully like an autismo everyone can do it

I've been lifting for around 9 months with the first 3 months or so having poor form and the entire 9 month block having a mediocre diet. I started with the bar or just slightly higher for all of my lifts and my stats are (all 3x5):

OHP: 115 lbs
Bench: 185 lbs
Squat: 255
DL: 315 (hex meme bar)
5'11, 185 pounds

I figure if somebody was actually dedicated to diet and their form from the beginning they could probably do it within a year.
