Running does calves, what about the rest of your legs ?
Yeah that's fine sprints are great my gains skyrocketed when I incorporated them
But if you want actual size you're gonna need to do some weight work too

How do you make it only work calves when you run? Usually works a lil more than that fo' me...

Interval training or sprinting is fine for leg day.
To get super joocy you'll need weight training, though.

Just sprinted yesterday, now everything but my pecs is sore, even my hands. The pump in my legs is greater than with any other leg exercise I've ever done.
Sprinting milks every last bit of power from all of your body's muscles, so yeah, it works pretty much everything.
Not to mention sprinting is power training, so you'd be doing something that's applicable to sports for once.

>thinking DOMS has anything to do with the quality of the workout
You're missing out on all the benefits your get from squatting, namely higher test levels

It focuses on the calves, even though it works the entirety of the legs it doesnt work it as much as the calves. Hell it works your abs more than your legs. You need legs day

>implying pump doesn't

it quite literally does not

This is what n00bs actually believe.
Would sprints after leg weight training be a good idea?
