I've been training for 6 weeks now. Full-body, 3 times a week.
Do I look strong-fat at the moment? Do you think I have the frame for something amazing down the road?

Studio lights...I make movies with escorts.

>Studio lights...I make movies with escorts.
Do you make money with that? I always thought I could start making my own pornos to shill online if I did exactly that (pay escorts to make pornos with me)
>>36570124
I don't sell. It's for my private enjoyment. It's priceless.
>>36570056
>One Rep Max
well, I did laugh
>>36570290
What did he mean by this?
>>36570056
wtf how are u so strong for 6 weeks??
if u aren't e-statting then u should compete in the future
>>36570339
I appreciate it. In all fairness, my squat and deadlift are comparatively weak.
http://www.exrx.net/Testing/WeightLifting/StrengthStandards.htm
I want to add, that I have an athletic background. I use to play football, weight lift, and wrestle. But I've been sedentary for about 3 years, and gained like 70-80 lbs (31.75 - 36.29 kg), in that time.
>>36570339
Holy shit are you dumb. Those stats for 295 are abysmal.
>>36570313
One Rep Max - The maximum amount of weight a person can lift for a given exercise, one time...
No idea why he is laughing.
>>36570514
he's laughing because they are shit 1rmaxes fror that bw?
>>36570485
Perhaps for advanced and elite lifters, but they are decent for novice and intermediate lifters.
>>36570313
>>36570514
is it summer already?
>>36570591
What did he mean by this?
>>36570581
Probably. But his standards for strength are unrealistically high. This board has a tendency to do that (besides make you homo).
>>36570056
You look like a built fat-guy. Give it 6 months and you'll look like a built-fat guy. Good luck, you can make it.
>>36570056
Nah m8 you just look fat. Stop bragging (e-statting, for 100% sure on bench) and start working. Come back after a year.
>>36570694
Lol...Thanks, I guess I'll just embrace the built-fatness.
>>36570707
I do not lie.
In fact, sit right there. I'll be back in a few minutes.
shoulda kept the shirt on imo
Holy shit, I'm the same height and age as you, 111lbs less, recovering skelly

Proof.
>>36571335
I derive all power from my belly. It is my tank of gains.
>>36570775
Didn't know you were cutting. You've definitely got fantastic potential - continue cutting and in 6 months you'll look swole and in control at 6'4 ~220.
>>36571209
So you're 184, at 6'4". Not bad.
I'd like to get back down to 210-220 myself.
What's your goal weight, former-skelly?
>>36570056
fa/tg/uy detected
>>36571931
exactly, 220 you'll look great judging by your strength! I'm hoping to hit 10%bf, currently 11.3% and then try and clean bulk up to around 200lbs, It will be a slow process i know.
>>36571885
I appreciate the encouragement.
I'm more focused on building this habit of exercise, because I went close to three years without touching a weight.
But I know nutrition is at the heart of any transformation, and yeah...I'd like to cut some weight.
I wrote a program that searched the USDA food database (https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list), and compared the nutritional profiles of about 50 powdered foods.
My program found the optimal combination of foods to meet or exceed the daily intake levels of 49 essential nutrients, as defined by the Institute of Medicine...
>>36572098
200 lbs at 10% would be amazing. Clean bulking to that goal from 184 will take a very long time. But as long as you enjoy the journey, go for it.
I researched and packaged my own powder. I have about 6 months supply of this formulation>>36572139
It's about 2500 calories a day and about 216~ grams of protein a day (after factoring all the additional amino acids and powders).
I just need to start it up.
