I want to add, that I have an athletic background. I use to play football, weight lift, and wrestle. But I've been sedentary for about 3 years, and gained like 70-80 lbs (31.75 - 36.29 kg), in that time.

I'm more focused on building this habit of exercise, because I went close to three years without touching a weight.

But I know nutrition is at the heart of any transformation, and yeah...I'd like to cut some weight.

I wrote a program that searched the USDA food database (https://ndb.nal.usda.gov/ndb/search/list), and compared the nutritional profiles of about 50 powdered foods.

My program found the optimal combination of foods to meet or exceed the daily intake levels of 49 essential nutrients, as defined by the Institute of Medicine...
