this thread made me remember that i could barely do 1 or 2ish pushups when i started 3 months ago.
just did 10 without any effort.
Im waiting for the day where i can finally do a pull up or chin up, worked my up from assissted with -45kg to now -31kg, while also gaining 4kg weight in 2 months.
