So I was unable to get a wink of sleep last night due to my wife's newborn son and was wondering what the consensus on /fit/ is about weight training on no sleep.
Is it okay to lift heavy on no sleep?

I wouldn't lift heavy at all, but if you go at about 60% of your max, you should be fine. Just get in the gym and do lighter weight today.
You'll be fine. I haven't had a good nights sleep for years and I've been lifting for almost two years. Can squat 2pl8 for one rep.
