Ur a waste of time

The front squat is an accessory
The back squat is a core lift
Oly shoes. Narrow stance. High bar ATG.
That's just me.

Try them all, do what feels best and what you're best at.
Healthiest way to squat is to squeeze your glutes and pretend you have nails in your heels that you are planting in the ground. Squeezing your glutes will place your feet at the biomechanically best width for squatting (your feet will also be at the best angle), and imagining your heels are nailed to the floor will make sure that you lift with your glutes instead of your calves or quads, preventing knee buckles.
Low-bar should only be considered if you're going to compete in a powerlifting competition, and even then, training high bar is going to raise your low bar anyway. Low bar is a specific application of the kind of strength you get from squatting, while high bar is a mechnically sound full body exercise.
You're going to be able to lift more with oly shoes.
If you are not weight lifting to compete in athletics none of this really matters and any of these variations will be fine if you perform correctly.

I squat even less :(
But I'm an Oly lifter so I squat to build strong quads and positional strength for the lifts, not to just show off how much weight I can do. Squats are an assistance excercise for me, not a core lift.
Regardless one of my goals is still to have a big squat cuz I'm weak af.
