Yes it does, but not just from lifting once.

You'll only see a significant change ( better jaw line, muscle maturity and stuff like that) when you lift for years on a regular basis.

Its true that lifting increases testo shortly after your workout, but it drops to normal values if you stop.

But if lift 6x a week, for 3 years, your whole face and body will look different
