What you've got to do is take a week off fapping while talking ZMA and L-Citrulline to keep the dick alive (keeping blood flow down there is important), then find some semi-kinky porn (make sure it's less kinky than what you're trying to not fap to). I recommend anything by Chastity Lynn. Then take a few days off, then fap over some Facebook pics.

Another method is to fap over the fetish shit again, the get bored of it.

I used to fap mainly over sissy captions due to the taboo, now I feel free to fap over anything due to my good libido (have wet dreams most nights and strong morning wood most mornings despite fapping most days). Results vary but in my case testosterone went up over the period of a few months. The first time I did it there were a lot of up and down periods - it's normal to not be horny for 2 weeks or more (flatlines) and then suddenly libido kicks in. You learn to live in both states productively. If you've completed the basic 90 days nofap and are considering to make this a lifestyle (not jerking off to porn) then what I found works is if you give yourself release every 2 or 4 weeks because your mind sometimes gets stuck really hard trying to get you pussy (increase social status, being aggressive and so on) and you begin to lose ability to concentrate on long term mental tasks such as studying/programming. You can become very single minded and after you jerk off you may come to different realisations and become more calm perhaps but also weaker. So perhaps jerking off (like 3 or 4 times so you really empty those balls of all the sperm) every 2 or 4 weeks perhaps works best for a successful life. Like lifting you'll figure it out while doing it. Also when you do jerk off it's sometimes best to do it quickly without concentrating on the pleasure to not get yourself "readdicted". Experiment.
