Newfag to exercising, are my arms supposed to be this sore after lifting little weights? They're so sore its not even funny, Should I stop lifting until they aren't sore anymore? They'er just little 3 lb weights that I lifted a few hundred times 2 days ago and now my arms are killing me.

You didn't lift them fast enough, OP. The trick is to move quick enough so gravity doesn't have time to affect the weights up the up swing. That way it's only your muscles working on the weights and maximizes gains. Gravity reverses the blood flow of your muscles and causes tears, which leads to soreness, so try your best to avoid it while working out.
