how do i deal with scoliosis? any tips, remedies, etc. ?
how has it affected you?
I keep an eye on it with x-rays every year or so. I wear a lift in my left shoe, but everyone is different. Talk to a chiropractor, they can show you what exercises to do for your degree of curve and if you need a lift or anything

It has affected me enormously. Used to be picked on in HS due to it, low self-esteem and everything that involves. I look pretty good now considering how bad my posture was, i reckon in a few years i'll have a top-tier posture (as long as i keep lifting and swimming, obviusly)

How bad is it? Mines minor and working out relieves a lot of the pain. I think if I focused more on my core, I'd have hardly any pain. I don't deadlift and only front squat which kind of sucks.

yeah, don't ever fucking squat. If you're so eager on doing it switch to hack-squat, but seriously, squating will fuck up your lower back and knees

Back squatting is uncomfortable but front squatting is fine. Does anyone deadlift with scoliosis?

lift more
