Anyone have a good jump rope routine? Trying to not be fat fuck. I can do 100 reps in a row.

Anon, it's so much simpler to just eat less/smarter.
I box. We do it as a warmup, never any longer than 10 to 15 minutes. It has some value for footwork and light cardio, that's it.
It's largely useless from a fitness perspective.

I've been using it more as something between sets of my regular lifting that keeps my heart rate up. My actual cardio is running/jogging on treadmill.

don't count reps, thats retarded. Make your way up to 10 minutes. Then add in double jumps, crosses, and rotating legs per minute( left leg 1 minute, right leg 1 minute). Work on going fast as well. If you can do 20 minutes, you're good.
I do cardio in the morning and lifting in the evening, and I too like the jump rope. I try to add in an ab workout at the end of either one, and in between each ab exercise I jump rope until exhaustion. Just what I do, don't exactly know what you expected from a jump rope routine, you kinda just do it.

heres a routine. Jump rope in front of a mirror with your shirt off and think of how fat you are so you start crying. Stop jumping when you no longer have any tears left.
