So I started to get into fitness and want a good protein supplement that isn't shit. I don't get much food protein. What does \fit\ think of this guys products? Anything better?

I have PBJ on wheat, banana, and OJ in the morning.
Workout for about an hour in the afternoon.
2 scrambled eggs, 2 slices mozzerella cheese on wheat
Fruit, greek yogurt around 7pm.
I weigh 148. Skinny fat

I mean the actual amount of protein as grams, have you counted how much you get each day?

Also what's your workout like, from the description it doesn't sound too serious so wasting money on expensive protein products isn't necessarily the best move

I estimate around 80g per day
Day 1: Chest, shoulders
Day 2: Arms, back
Day 3: Legs, abs
I use the Ultimate Bowflex but seem to of maxed out cause I can lift all the weight fairly easy, so maybe I should switch to free weights?
