All three kids got the stomach bug. I thought I would dodge this one but no... I can't keep anything down, puking and shitting poop water at the same time. What should be my strategy to minimize losses? Is 2-3 days of fasting and puking gonna be noticeable? Can I see it as a mini cut?

When I had a similar issue I managed to keep down light stuff like white rice, bread, and unsweetened apple sauce. That's my recommendation to you, probably better than nothing.

Bro just stay hydrated and rest. You'll be fine. First work out afterwards might suck but a couple days off won't destroy your gains.
