probably all possible the major stuff, get a better routine, work harder, work smarter - like a sculptor - pick out the things you think need work and work on them extra hard and extra often, get off your ass and do cardio, and overall go to the gym more

by the way, yes, the "bulking and cutting" thing is bullshit, do not fall for it; if you want to build muscle up your protein and calorie intake but don't fucking pig out for 6 months promising to "cut it down" come the summer months, you'll regret it and look like shit

I do mostly dumbell excercises focusing on specific muscles. I've only been training for 4 months. Are my lifts good or bad for the time?
