My bench press is the same as my squat

Is this normal?

Been on pic related for 4 months now. Had to deload squat once when I got to 170 lbs. Bench press nevery deloaded or failed rn I'm at 170lbs.

Is it my form fit?

Don't feel bad OP, my bench is actually substantially higher than my squat.

Hell, yesterday, I was ALMOST able to 1RM OHP what I work out with on squats. It was going up, I just couldn't lock it out.

Tall fags seems to have a harder time with legs lifts because of proportion. Starting 190cm(6'3") you may find disproportion between your legs and arms size.

However you seem normal sized enough (5'10-6'1) so that's probably just that you only do squats while you work you upper body much more than your lower body. Your form seems okayish. Definitely not awful but needs works on it
