what is hapening to me?
i'm eating 1600 fucking calories a day, while i'm 192 cm (6'3) and 84 kg (185lbs) , why am i not losting weight anymore?
i'm 22.3% bodyfat (one week ago).

Keep at it for another week, if it doesn't work try going back to maintenance for 2 weeks and then going on your deficit again. Focus on training for the 2 week maintenance too.

Week long plateaus are common, and often water retention related. Especially common if you're exercising as you work out, and at either extreme of fat levels.

You're not 6'3 if 1600 calories is your cutting level. I'm 6'5 and cut at 2800 calories
