>hit new PR
>still come home to the same messy room and daily routine

You must be new
>hit 400 wilks at 83kg
>come home and am greeted by the official making it(tm) squat and gifted my new 8/10 gf, adorably dog and luxury home
Keep pushing, OP!
Let me lend you some advice my friend
>clean your room
>open a notebook
>on three separate pages write down todays date, tomorrows date and the day after tomorrows date
>under each date write down a list of 4-5 goals that will improve your life
>stuff like 30 minutes of reading, talking to an old friend on facebook, learning something new online like coding for example
>take 2-3 hours every day to complete these goals
>once one day is complete write in goals to keep your 'journal' three days ahead of you
never stop improving yourself anon

this is actually some really good advise. Sometimes i have issues with hitting my goals too, the way that I can become more effective at meeting them is remembering that its the smaller pieces that all add up.

Congrats on the PR! keep it up.
trying to talk to people will improve your life more than adding 20kg to your OHP
