I think we can all agree that fried french fries are pretty shit for a diet. But what about baked fries? Our local store has fries w/ 2% fat, the rest seems to be just carbs. How are they any different from just potatoes?
Popcorn has more fiber and lower GI. Eat popcorn instead.
