Hi guys, first time posting here.
Last year, in april, I got my shoulder nerves injured. My doctor said I couldn't do shit, not even running. I kinda lost it and started eating bad again. Since last month doctor gave me the ok to do some swimming and bodyweight exercise that don't involve the trapezius muscle ( I mostly exercise legs, abs and do pushups right now). So right now I am starting to feel a bit motivated since it won't be much time (maybe 1-2 months I think) since i can hit the gym again. The problem is that my body became shit.
Currently around 5'10'', 163 lbs.
Do you have some tips or suggestion for the time being?
TL;DR Help me being fit again I feel like shit.
P.S. Yes I did read the sticky, just wanted to know if you wanted to add something else.
