So I'm a really good looking guy. I used to weigh 125 lbs and 6'. I gained almost 100 lbs and I need to lose it now.
I know powerlifting is probably the easiest way, but I don't want to gain muscle, just lose fat.
Anyone know of an easy way?
I tried low carb, whole carb, mediterranean, and the only thing that worked was drinking nothing but soymilk.
