I mean it's possible yes. Losing weight is like 80% diet maybe even more.

I have this feel. I'm cutting successfully with diet but I'm absolutely pathetic at running, so I do mainly bodyweight shit in an attempt to tone a little while I cut. First priority is weight loss so I think tackling it with diet is fine.
