What are the lifting stats of men that fit considers highly aesthetic? Can they actually move a lot of weight relative to their size and weight?
>>36397600
it depends on which steroids they use

Is he natty?
>>36397623
he is the natty king and overlord, just like rich piano

Bout tree fiddy
Doesn't matter how much you can lift. Matters how much you look like you can lift and how good you look overall. High volume programs like GVT work amazing whilst on the gear, the focus isn't about heavy weights at all. If you want to be big and strong become a power lifter

b-b-but muh powerlifting

Ohp your own bodyweight or more for reps
Incline bench 1.25x bodyweight or more for reps
2x bodyweight chin up for reps
That is prett much it.
Big chest, shoulders, and lats.
Just need a lean bf%.

Post body.
I don't believe you can be weak and look good as a natty.
Johnny candito and Greg o Gallagher have strongly influenced this believe of mine

Op asked about people /fit/ find highly aesthetic with a picture of Jeff Seid. Didn't think we were talking about naturals. I'm not natty, but I look good while my lifts are far from impressive. Volume, volume, volume for aesthetics, and tren.

>tren
>thinks he knows about lifting natty
>thinks that volume does the same thing for frauds as it does for natty
hahaha

Post a pic
>thinks that volume does the same thing for frauds as it does for natty
I've not said that. I even said in my original post high volume works great on GEAR
OP here.
Apparently I opened a can of worms. I literally just wanted a resource that lists their stats then shows them moving that weight.
