I cheat because I get these bitches for free. It's mostly fat and carbs, but they're easy as fuck to get down many of them at a time, and I just throw in scoops of whey into the mix

One envelope:

Cookies and McDick's cost money. I get boxes that contain about 60 of those envelopes a month for nothing. Plus, by the time I've driven to and ordered from McDick's, I've already blended up 3 envelopes and 2 scoops of whey.

I keep a jar of extra crunchy peanut butter next to the bed. Always eat some before bed while I read. Just use a spoon no need to make anything fancy.

Eat a little if I don't need it a lot if I do.

250 mg of oats (942cal), 1 liter whole milk (640cal), 2 tablespoons of peanut butter (200cal), 1 banana (90cal), 2 scoops of protein powder (180 cal), 250 grams of cottage cheese (200cal).

Blend together and drink, maybe add a little more milk or water if its too sticky for you - its a total of 2252 calories...

Consume this to your regular daily food and you´re golden...

Usually I consume aware from 3000-4000 calories a day and I eat mostly clean (I allow myself a few cheat days).
