I was typically lifting 7 days a week doing a lot of volume in about an hour and a half sessions and sometimes id go twice a day
I started taking rest days after some of my push and pull days in between when I felt so fucking tired (normally I was just saying dont be a puss ansd going before)
I feel Im noticing better results
Definitely gaining more weight on my bulk
