You can probably make some progression on bodyweight exercises although I hear they aren't as well-suited to taller people. That said, I'm ~6' and I do dips on the banister (railing of the stairs) in my house, push-ups and deadlifting my bed with whatever heavy I can put on it and I've made progress doing that. I think things like that run out quickly if you aren't willing to either:
>do a lot of volume
>find a pull-up bar and learn the variations
and you'd still have to do a lot of volume for legs.

most people here lift with barbells which is more straight-forward than using bodyweight thanks to the straight-forward progression of adding an extra plate and being able to tailor it to the exact level of challenge you need. I've done some weight-lifting that way and I made much quicker progress.

The other angle is that if all you want is to add mass (and it isn't "aesthetic" level of mass you're looking for) then you can do all sorts of other things like swimming, rock-climbing, sports etc. and it will probably build a level of mass you'd be happy with (that's what I assume anyway). The guys on here either want to be strong or aesthetic, I think very few of them just want to be "normal" so the methods they use aren't necessarily the ones you have to use. They're efficient methods but other things like being "generally active" might be more enjoyable and enriching to your life.
