This. Best excercise for delts is isolation work for the lateral deltoid, machine is best. Focus on getting strong at lateral raises for a moderate amount of reps. Machine is best. Make sure you do them right so you don't fuck up your shoulders. Also, rear delt flyes help too. Bench pressing (flyes too) work the front delt more than enough.

From playing low mmr games with my 2/3k friends one thing I notice most is that they don't know what their potential is in a situation. They either overestimate it from not paying attention to something and feed or just underestimate and not know how much they can do to harrass in a lane. Also knowing your role, there are so many retards that think because they went offlane slardar they need to buy midas armlet and all these right click items instead of just being a blink stun hero. Really just play more and think critically about what you should be doing in each game and you should improve.
