Barbell: 45 lbs at 20 reps

I've been working at this for a year now.

I might be able to help..
1pl8 is a unit of measurement for those that frequent the gym atmosphere. It is specific, and in the US it refers to a 45 lb plate weight, and in other countries where metric is the standard unit of measurement it may refer to a 20 kilogram plate weight of roughly the same shape and size (just one pound difference).
So in summary, to squat 2pl8 means to squat the bar (45lbs) and two 45lbs plates on either side, 225 lbs in total. Hope that helps senpai

5'6" 43yrs old here,

If I were you, I'd start with 1600 calories a day, and diamond pushups, inverted rows, OHP, and squats 3 days a week.

Just start at the bottom and progress carefully while you are cutting. Dont worry too much about getting huge numbers until your weight is in the low 140s.

At that point you'll be a new person, and you can think about hitting more advanced things with weights or calisthenics.

Also stop doing situps. Do some planks, but just stop doing situps.

I'm 6'' 125lbs and have no money to be eating big. I've been doing around 100-150 push ups a day and around 600 sit ups.

I'm wondering if I keep up like this doing more per day as I can will if I'll get results.
