Have terrible pain in Low right side of back (lumbar) when sitting for long periods or any sort of physical exertion. I've been working out for 2 months but now I can't. No money for PT or anything like that. What to do?

Aside from the other hilarious replies in this thread and the nice dubs you got there
start foam rolling. i thought it was for idiots too, until i started doing it as well. lower back pain is gone now, gotta keep doing it frequently doe
also verify your posture
and verify these repeating integers
Start doing light lower back exercises several times a week.

I wish this was an option but I gotta go to school so maybe one day I can afford to go to the doctor for this shit.

I had pretty much these exact symptoms and found out I had a slipped disc. Go to a doctor.

Foam roll and do compound lifts, start with low weight, focus on form and tensing muscles symetrically
does it radiate into your right leg?
are you still able to bend forward, e.g. trying to pick something up?
>sciatic nerve
other than that, keep off the heavy weights until completely pain-free. google mckenzie-exercises. work your lower back: supermans, arm-leg extensions. don't do hyperextensions.

I had back pain for over two years. It used to get really bad and shoot down my legs and i could feel it like a grinding sandpaper on my nerve.
feet flat on the floor, train yourself to have good posture (takes a few weeks of focusing). Don't sit for longer than 2-3 hours after that. Just take 10-15 minute breaks. My back pain has gone away completely.

does not radiate down my leg. If i bend with bad posture meaning curving my spine it hurts (which is my default way of bending) but if i bend properly using my hips it doesn't hurt
