What can I do to become hotter?
Like literally.
Many times I feel cold, despite being indoors in room temperature. Often it takes a shitload of time for me to get warm again after being outside in cold whether.
Also, when in skin contact with others, they are hotter than me basically all of the times. Even going as far as to mention how cold my hands feel(as if I just came in from the snowstorm(which I didn't)).
I know I could fatten up as I am skinnyfat, but not auswitch-mode at all.
So what do can I do to improve before I a become cold-related super-villain?

your cardiovaskular system is your internal heater. Improve it and it will spread hot blood goodness throughout your body.
become alcoholic
eat more salt. Poor circulation can be the result of sodium deficiency.

I wish for the exact opposite of OP.
I'm tired of being HOT all the time...
Takes literally nothing for me to sweat.
I blame it on being a former fatty.

move around more (cardio)
building muscle mass will burn calories, which will create heat.
look into building brown fat
eat more often. I find that even when I've eaten enough in total throughout the day, my body slows and gets cold if I haven't eaten recently, especially when working outside.

sweating to much is better than sweating too little, as long as you make sure to stay hydrated and salty. How old are you? I had that problem when I was younger and growing in ways, but it went away and now I sweat pretty normally, although I still sweat more than most people that I know.
It may be dye to anxiety in which case you will sweatno matter his fit you are. Thought I was out if shape horribly because excess sweating, now in really good shape and still sweat more than fat people. I wear compression shorts and a lightweight shirt under my regular shirt to help absorb sweat in the first layer so so much doesn't show n the outer layers
Iktf brah.
I wear my gym shit under my suit (tracksuit and t-shirt) and I'm still cold. Probably about 16% too, and I cycle everyday so my cardio isn't too bad.
