Just started doing a 7 hour a day construction job and haven't lifted in about 8 days because I'm scared to lose gains, what should I do? I wanna do a calisthenics routine and also how much should I be eating now?

I've read horror stories on the bodybuilding forum about people lifting while working a construction job and losing gains, so I've been scared to lift and tired af aswell

if you are really tired go less days a week or don't go
if you feel you can work and go to gym then do it
it will be mostly depending on how much do you eat everyday
eat more and do the 2 things if you can
I'm a carpenter and hit the gym 4 times a week and still make gains. I eat 3.8-4k calories a day and make sure i get minimum 7 hours sleep.

You dont lose gains working more. Silly myth so youre dyel longer and buy more supplements
