Hi /fit/, I'm relatively new to the whole workout thing only been consistently at the gym for 6 months inconsistently another 6 months before that. I've started to stall on some exercises and I thought maybe it's because I'm not eating enough. I decided to use my fitness pal to see how much I need to eat and how much I am eating. To gain weight I should eat 3200 calories a day. However I play an Australian sport and do HIIT three days a week plus gym at least another 3 days. So I estimate I should be eating around 4000 calories a day to be putting on mass.
That's where I'm struggling, what are some healthy food ideas high in calories and protein that I can eat. Particularly for breakfast. I eat a lot of chicken breast and tuna but i still doesn't reach my goal. Cheers
tl;dr
Need to eat more calories. What should I eat

Require size in my sport. Can't lose any weight. Going to cut in off season but I'm more about just putting on mass right now

Tell me you kangaroo fuckhead , the fuck is clean and how you define it
Avocado 'n nuts/seeds you dingus. Taste like shit after a few weeks but they'll do the job. 200g of peanuts have 1500cal. You'll hate them after a week.
Also Pasta. Lots of Pasta. I eat like half a kilo per day at least. Avoid fish, its literally just water ' protein. Only use it to fill proton gaps.
