What app do you use to log your workouts? I want a good one that can automatically increase weights and follow a cycle of workouts for you. Also being able to export to excel would be nice.

I just use notes on the calendar on my phone to record weight in combination with being able to remember what lifts I do each day.

I fell for the windows phone Meme, there are no apps.
