If I burn 1500-2000+ calories and take in ~1000 or less, will i still be able to look like pic related?
currently 6'2" 189lbs...
today was my off day so all i ate was 3 egg whites and a sausage + 2 small bowls of spaghetti with turkey + 1 piece celery + glass of 100% apple juice. totals came out to:
614 calories
~50 grams of protein
I also took two vitamin C supplements which contain 10 calories each and 2 grams of sugar...
Was this a healthy off day? I literally did nothing all day but rest. I'm already big and don't need to worry about losing mass or trying to gain weight. I'm trying to get to 10% body fat at 190lbs.. i'm 6'2''
>pic related is goal
those calories don't sound right unless it was literally 10 strings of spagethtti each
also goal body

Everyone has a different metabolism but you totally need to eat more if you want to get stronger/stay healthy.

it was about a cup of spaghetti, which is 221 calories according to USDA ... may be slightly higher, but i do buy the top quality spaghetti so it wasnt unhealthy crap

it was a rest day today..
plus, when i eat i feel like i gain weight its really weird.. i barely ate anything today and after meals my stomach stuck out like i was fat as fuck, but before i ate i was looking pretty good and slim..
is this normal? I work out 6 days a week. ive been on this journey for a couple months now, but recently have cleaned up my diet to perfect so i can truly make it

oh my mistake, noodles have a lot less calories than rice apparently
>>35557595
a cup of rice (158 g) is about 200 calories -- not that difference.. but I usually eat rice and chicken on my work out days as well as oatmeal and eggs

Nigga weigh your shit, a cup measurement should only be used for liquids
